Why is Instagram blocking my account?
Most blocks come down to two very common issues, either amount of activity or multiple activity sources.
Amount of Activity
Instagram will block your account if they believe that you're doing too much activity. There's no set activity limit—it varies from account to account. Older, more active accounts will have higher activity thresholds than newer, less active accounts.
What can I do to prevent Gramista from doing too much activity?
- Avoid running Gramista on new accounts that have been created recently
- Run your scripts on Normal or Slow speed
- Avoid using Boost as it will increase activity intensity
Multiple Activity Sources
We take care of proxies, activity, sleep and a lot more. This means that everything is running from our side, which also means that Instagram sees another active device on your account. This isn't an issue in itself until multiple devices start doing activity on your account simultaneously.
We advise you to avoid liking content, or following and unfollowing users while Gramista is running because this makes it look as if there are two devices doing lots of things at once. Chances are, your location won't match the location of our activity, which can make Instagram suspicious of all the activity coming from different places on your account.
You can still post, send direct messages and sometimes comment, but we recommend that you minimize your Instagram usage while Gramista is active.
