Why is my account temporarily limited and on cooldown?

Your account status on Gramista will show this (or a similar) message when Instagram is blocking all or some activity on your account. It means that Gramista is unable to do any more activity at this time. 

These restrictions are there to prevent spamming and even though your account might not be running at the fastest speed, you might still experience temporary blocks. Instagram might block your Liker, Follower, Unfollower or all of these at the same time. Also, you might have issues with commenting if you login to your account.
